The G.Hotel Hue

As a family, we loved the friendly staff, affordable bike rentals, and convenient laundry service. the location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the walking streets. the newly renovated rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. the breakfast options were tasty and generous, with a buffet spread on weekends.

Spotless hotel with absolutely comfy beds! The breakfast was EXCELLENT with lots of delicious options. Our window overlooked the street. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Plus we were walking distance to everything we needed, like Dam Chuon Huong Quan.

The value for money at G.Hotel was excellent, with a comfortable room and all the basic amenities provided. The location was perfect, tucked away in an alley but still close to restaurants and the buzzing nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with our needs.

It may be tucked away in an alley, but it is a safe area. the room provided all the basic necessities for a short stay, and it was clean and comfortable. We loved the central location, as it was just one block away from the bustling walking street where we could find local food, shopping, cafes, and massages. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 👍.

I chose G.Hotel Hue for its convenient location near Trang Tien Bridge, a landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free private parking provided by the hotel. The restaurant, room service, and 24-hour front desk were also impressive, and I enjoyed a satisfying meal at the restaurant. Additionally, the free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus.

Not a 3-star Hotel, dirty walls, stained sheets, hair on bed, unmade beds, and ants. Wouldn't recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Right in the heart of the city, close to many food and drink options. the room was also nicely decorated, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast served on the top floor offered a great view of the surrounding area.

The thin windows provided poor soundproofing, which resulted in a lot of external sound filtering through to the room. the staff could have done a better job communicating in English, and it wasn't always clear what services they offered.

I always choose this place for my stay because the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. Coming back for New Year!

During my Easter stay, the staff was always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. They provided me with a bike rental service at a reasonable price, and the laundry service was efficient. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the portions were generous, providing me with enough energy to start my day.

My experience was marred by some negative aspects. The room was quite small, which made it challenging to relax and move around freely.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the city. The hotel was clean, modern and had great facilities. Parking was easy and it was conveniently located close to the river, the centre and the action. The breakfast was delicious and had fine views, but the best part was the staff. They were helpful and friendly, especially Linh at reception.

The bed linen at the G.Hotel Hue was not very clean. Additionally, the hotel staff tried to walk into our room in the morning while we were still in bed.

The staff were great, very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help us. The receptionist Linh were very good. The room is a great size and well decorated. Convenient parking for motorbikes.
